Greetings and Welcome!

I'm glad you're here--it means that you are already willing to take a step toward a more fulfilling life.

Fortunately, that old idea that psychotherapy is "only for the broken" is fading. I believe we all find, at one time or another, that we need some well-timed help to get us the life we long for.

If you are seeking relief from compulsive behavior or addictions, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression or grief, and are searching for even greater clarity, peace of mind, and effectiveness in your life, I look forward to helping you meet your goals!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addictions Counselor, I work most readily with women and men who strive to connect with the wisdom and well-being underlying their difficult circumstances and habitual patterns.

Often, facing these patterns and circumstances alone can be overwhelming. It can take great courage even to admit that change is needed.  I can provide you structure, reflection, support, and a safe space to move forward in life.
